Michelle is the former Vice President of Operations at ZAX LLC (company owned stores of Zaxby’s) responsible for 147 restaurants and 5000 team members across 9 states.
Michelle has worked for Zaxby’s for the past 23 years through all facets of the business. Michelle has recently received a promotion to the Executive Vice President of Culture and Brand Experience at Zaxby’s Franchising LLC leading Guest Experience, Human Resources, Culture and Corporate Communications, and Talent Development.
