I started my first job as a dishwasher in 1987 and I switched to bartending and serving tables very soon after. Over the years I have worked in many hospitality environments including fine dining, casual dining, institutional/education, high-volume entertainment and fast food/QSR. Having spent 30+ years in the hospitality industry I have been surrounded by lively people, mostly in their 20’s & 30's, for nearly my entire life. I have been lucky enough to have become a mentor over the years and have witnessed many go on to do amazing things. Nothing gives me as much pleasure as seeing someone’s face when they overcome an obstacle or discover a solution they thought (or were told) was impossible.
