Jason Cochran serves as Vice President of Operations Services for Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants. In his role, Jason leads a team of focused on Operational Efficiencies, Menu and Equipment Innovation, Facilities, New Restaurant Openings, Field and Restaurant Training. Additionally, his leadership role requires strategic thinking and effective cross functional collaboration to implement organizational priorities enabling growth and brand confidence.
Jason brings a passion for driving world-class guest service, proven financial acumen and a strong desire to develop others to achieve organizational results. He has accumulated more than 25 years of experience within specialty retail categories, such as sporting goods, consumer electronics and apparel.
Outside of the office, Jason is a family man with a wife and two children. He completed his MBA at Southern Methodist University while living in Dallas, Texas. Because of the dynamic nature of his career opportunities, he has had the opportunity to experience living in a variety of cities across the nation including Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City and currently resides in the Orange County, California. With an enthusiasm for snowboarding and motorcycling, Jason is the type of person who genuinely enjoys experiencing all the excitement that life has offer.
