Dr. Sarin is an accomplished physician, and a leader within the preventive health and lifestyle medicine fields. In addition to providing EHE patients with comprehensive preventive exams, she is EHE Health’s Lifestyle Medicine Director, where she spearheads our Health Mentorship Program to provide beneficiaries with year-round support, guidance, and motivation to develop positive behavior changes based on the principles of Lifestyle Medicine. By optimizing how we eat, think, and move, we can decrease the risk of chronic disease and promote health, longevity, and productivity.
Dr. Sarin is a subject matter expert, and often quoted in media outlets such as Bustle, Daily Beast, Yahoo Lifestyle, and CNBC about various topics in medicine. She is board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Internal Medicine and obtained dual degrees in Biology and Psychology with Honors at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She then trained at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland where she completed residency.
Dr. Sarin states that “if we could reverse poor nutrition, physicalinactivity, improper sleep, poor emotional health, and tobacco use, we could extend life expectancy in the US and eliminate many of the leading causes of death.”
She is passionate about supporting her patients to lead healthier, happier, and more productivelives. Dr. Sarin lives in Virginia, where she enjoys hiking, dancing, and spending time with her family.
